The four-course minor in Restaurant and Food Service Management is available to baccalaureate degree-seeking students who are interested in careers in Restaurant and Food Service Management. The courses that comprise this minor will provide students with the opportunity to develop specialized skills in such areas as purchasing and menu planning, management of food service industry segments, and food service systems development, trends and challenges.
